What type of pets do you photograph?

•  All kinds! ​​​​​Studio space is limited, so unfortunately no horses.

How long is a typical photo session?

• Every shoot is scheduled for 1 hour. There is no hard out, so it could take a little longer or shorter. ​

• Check out our Packages tab, it will explain everything we offer in details. ​

Do you offer outdoor or studio photography sessions?

• Right now, Paw Prints is only offering indoor studio photography. ​

How many photos do you typically take during a session?

• Paw Prints believes in quality over quantity but we want to offer options. On average our clients will have on average 80 photos to view from. ​

How long does it take to receive the finished photos?

• This will depend on the package you choose. We strive to have everything you want, and have photos in hand in less then a week. ​

Can I order prints or digital files of my photos?

• Depending on the package we do offer 4x6 framed photos.​

How do I prepare my pet for the photo session?

• A small walk with the dog before hand is encouraged. We want them calm but not sleepy. Also please bring their favorite toy and treats. We cant them to feel as comfortable as possible.​

Do you have a studio or do you travel to my location?​

• I have a studio. Its a studio I built in my apartment.  ​

Can I bring multiple pets to the photo session?

• You can! Keep in mind the space, we probably can fit up to 3 large dogs in total. Bring it up on our phone call we can figure it out. ​

How far in advance should I book a session?

• No more then a month out, nothing less then a week out. ​

What if my pet is uncooperative during the session?

• Our goal if for you to have the special moments of your pets captured. We understand however its not easy being a model. If it takes awhile to calm down, we can adjust. If its wasn't your pets day to shine no worries, we can reschedule. ​

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my photo session?

• Call Joseph, and he can make the adjustments. ​

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

• If you refer a friend, your next photoshoot is 10% off. ​

How do I receive my photos?

• We use drop box. We will send you ​a link with watermarked photos for you to view and choose from. Then another link with your final photos. Framed photos will be shipped to you. 

What forms of payment do you accept?​

• We accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash. ​
