1. Can I order physical prints?​

   • Yes! We offer 3 size prints. All come with a black frame, white matte. You can add any frame to your package price. ​

     • 8x10- $25​

     • 16x20 - $45

     • 20x30 - $65

   • Some packages already include physical prints!

2. What type of pets do you photograph?

   •  All kinds! Dogs, Cats, hamsters, lizards etc.. ​​​​​Please leave a note on the booking form if we need to make any accommodations for you pet!

3. What's the process after I book?

   • After you book your day, you will get a "Welcome" email. I will introduce myself, and ask for you to fill out a google form. It will ask what package you would like, background color of your choosing, and ask for special requests. You can also leave a note for any additional information I would need. Then when the shoot day gets closer, I will send out a reminder email. 

4. What should I expect when I arrive?​​

   • ​ Our photoshoots are completely private and in an enclosed studio.  Like all great company's starting in a garage we are no different. We have a garage space all decked out for a photo studio. Your pet will be off-leash and able to explore their surroundings to get comfortable. Once your dog has sniffed everything & anything (we know how it is!), we will introduce ourselves and start conditioning them to all of our camera equipment. Then we get into the fun stuff! Your dogs comfort and enjoyment is our number 1 priority!​

5. What is included in your pet photography packages?

   • The top of this page should have all packages we offer explained. Any questions please reach out .  ​

6. When should I expect my photos?

   • About 2 weeks (or sooner) after your photoshoot you will receive an online gallery of every photo that the photographer liked from your session, unedited & watermarked. You then choose which photos you'd like edited. The photographer will edit the photos & send them back without the watermark within 2 weeks. You will always have your order in your hands no longer then 30 days from the shoot date.  ​​

7. How do I prepare my pet for the photo session?

   • Bring your pets favorite treats & toys! You are also welcome to bring anything you'd like in the photos, prop wise. I recommend either going for a groom a couple weeks before the shoot or at least a good brush/ trim up around the eyes. The eyes are the most important part of your pets face so we want to be able to see them!​

8. What if my pet is shy or hyperactive?
   • We take as much time as necessary to let your pet adjust to their surroundings. This is a new environment with new people- we respect that most pets need a little extra time to get comfortable. We have unlimited amount of patience for all animals!​​​

9. Can I bring multiple pets to the photo session?

   •  You can! Additional pet is $100 more. If you have more then two, contact me and we can figure out a plan for your pets.

10. Can we do a family photo?

    • Yes absolutely, towards the end of the session I will ask if the parents want to join in for a photo. ​

11. Do you have a studio or do you travel to my location?

    •  ​​We have a studio space. Studio is in Fitchburg WI. Full address is provided after booking. ​​

12. Do I choose what color background I want?

    • Yes, on the form you can choose what one you want. If you are unsure on what to pick we can work together to chose the best one for your pet! ​

13. What if I need to reschedule or cancel my photo session?

14. How do I receive my photos?

    • The first link from us will be with watermarked photos for you to view and to choose from. Once I know your picks and edited them, the second link will be sent to you. Full edited photos for you to download. Framed photos will be shipped to you or picked up. 

15. What forms of payment do you accept?​

    • We accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash. ​
